Baby massage is easily my daughter, Suzie’s favourite activity of the week. She is so calm and relaxed and smiles from beginning to end. Megan provides a warm and relaxing environment and her first concern is ensuring the babies are happy.

My baby boy is now 12 weeks old and I’ve been going to Megan’s baby yoga classes since he was 6 weeks. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve loved the classes and so has my son. They’re relaxing, bonding, fun and informative. It’s wonderful to have time to focus totally on you and your baby. They have helped enormously with his digestion and my posture. I just wished we could go every day!!
I would highly recommend these classes, we loved not only the Yoga aspect but all of the songs and Megan herself. Megan took a genuine interest in my son Oscar and others in the group which made us feel relaxed. It was the stretches and movements learnt in Megan’s classes that got Oscar smiling and reaching out to grab things for the first time! I have done two terms of baby yoga and a one off baby massage session and they are the best baby sessions I have done so far. Megan is an amazing teacher and brilliant with mums and babies. All classes start will a review session which is great to see how the babies in the class are developing and if it hasn’t been a good week lots of support is offered. The main part of the session is spent doing rhythms and movement to help babies develop. My son rolled over at 3 months and some of exercises helped him achieve this. We also loved the massage session and I am looking forward to doing more of these. What I loved most about the classes is it allowed time for me and my son to have some time to bond and usually put him to sleep after!Mary Fraser
My daughter is 9 months old and has additional needs. Baby massage and yoga was recommended to me by our medical practitioners. From first enquiries, Bibble&Bubble have been supportive, professional and wonderfully kind to myself and my daughter. With an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by babies like my daughter the classes have been informative, fun and enjoyable.
Most importantly, my daughters development has gone from strength to strength since starting classes. She gets so much pleasure from yoga, and eagerly anticipates the patterns and songs. We are lucky to benefit from many therapies for my daughter, but hand on heart I believe that baby yoga has been the most beneficial of all. I would not only recommend Bibble&Bubble classes for babies with additional needs, but would make them an essential part of therapy.

My baby and I have been to baby yoga for nearly 6 months with and loved every session. Megan is fantastic, passionate and knowledgeable and gave us some really helpful tips and practices for home too! She really cares about each of you and your babies in the class which definitely makes a difference. We were made to feel at ease from day one, I know some Mum’s can be put off classes if they have babies who don’t like to lie still (like mine!) but yoga really helped and we will continue to use it to help at home too. I think one of the most positive things we’ve take from the class is the focus on the relationship between you and your baby. I’d admit as a new Mum I felt a bit clueless in the first few weeks especially to know what to do when my baby was awake and this was a brilliant class to work on different things that you can easily do at home too. The number of times I say ‘at baby yoga we do this’ when showing friends/family things my baby enjoys is a real testament to how great these classes are. Thank you so much !x
